Dear Brothers and Sisters,

As-Salaamu ‘alaykum wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakaatuhu.

We sent you a report in September which stated we had reached an agreement for a location. We are happy to report to that we have closed the deal and taken possession of the site, Alhamdulillah.

Site Information

The address of the building is: 27121 Towne Center Drive, Lake Forest, CA 92610. This building is 105k sft, and is co-located with another building on a 13+ acre lot that has 950+ parking spots.

Currently there are tenants that occupy approximately 90k sft in the building, but will be vacating over the next year or so. After they vacate, we intend to re-purpose the entire building to establish the Musallah, Basket ball court, Multi-Purpose area, Caf , Food Pantry on the ground floor. The second story will have classrooms, offices for administration and counselling, and a Youth Center.

Prior to the tenants leaving, we will be making improvements to the 12,000 sft of available space, which should allow us to start operating in late February, Insha Allah. Given the work required, and the presence of tenants on-site, please do not drive into the parking lot or walk into the building uninvited, until we send out a notice in February indicating the start of operations.

The building has been purchased with no loans outstanding, Alhamdulillah. We anticipate spending $3m on the improvements stated above. Please help fund those improvements by visiting the website at www.slogicdev.com/rahma, or mail donations to ‘Rahma Center’ at the address listed below (mailing
address remains the same until we start operations), or email questions to office@therahmacenter.org.

Personnel

In our last update we attached Job openings for the Religious Director, Operations Director, and Office Manager Positions, and have received applications from qualified candidates. As a result we have also opened the position of Imam for which a Job Description is attached.

We thank Allah (SWT) for allowing us to complete this first step, and we pray that Allah (SWT) accepts
the intent and actions of all who participated or intended to help this endeavor. We pray that Allah
(SWT) guides all of us to do what pleases HIM, and to make this center a source of Rahma for every
participant, provider, and recipient. Ameen.

Wa ‘alaykumus-Salaam wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakaatuhu.
