This Rahma Center Code of Conduct is designed to uphold the unifying, educational, religious, and humanitarian values of our programs and activities. It aims to prevent any methods or practices that might jeopardize the safety, enjoyment, or integrity of our activities. This Code applies to all members of the Rahma Center community. Failure to adhere to this Code may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the Rahma Center membership program.
1. Safety and Good Health: Members will take no actions that risk the safety of themselves or any participant, coach, official, or spectator. This includes, but is not limited to, avoiding drugs or doping, unsafe practices, ignoring medical advice, or engaging in reckless behavior.
2. Respect and Dignity: Members are expected to display good conduct in all activities and lifestyle. The Rahma Center community must strive to respect and protect the personal dignity, privacy, and rights of all participants. Hazing, fighting, physical violence, verbal ridicule, and intolerance of differences are not accepted or condoned.
3. Compliance with Laws, Rules, and Regulations: Members must comply with all applicable laws and adhere to internal rules and regulations for participation and safety. Members may not be connected to any form of manipulation or unlawful influencing of results. Rahma Center rejects all forms of bribery and corruption.
4. Social and Environmental Responsibility: Members are expected to behave in a manner that is environmentally and socially responsible. This includes showing respect for the community, participants, coaches, spectators, equipment, and the environment. Appropriate expressions without vulgar, derogatory, or profane language and maintaining positive communications are expected.
By participating in this community, you commit to comply with the Rahma Center Code of Conduct and will work to develop yourself and your community in the spirit and intent of the four core principles as you participate, practice, encourage, and develop in all activities.
Communication Usage Policy
Rahma Center communicates primarily through WhatsApp. By participating in any Rahma Center WhatsApp communities, you agree to the following terms:
1. Privacy of Information: All contact information, including phone numbers, emails, photos, and other social media handles, must be kept private and are NOT to be shared outside of the group.
2. Relevant Communications: This group is for communication regarding official Rahma Center events only. Please do not share external topics, events, or advertisements.
3. Respecting Privacy: The privacy of all group members must be respected. No solicitation of any kind is permitted.
4. Personal Information: By using this platform, you understand that some personal information, such as your profile photo and/or phone number, will be accessible to others.
5. Appropriate Use: Do not use the platform for personal posts or advertisements unrelated to Rahma Center’s business.
6. Group Chats: In group chats, remember that other members can see your information, messages, and media. Only join and share information in groups you trust.
Violation of any of these policies may result in immediate removal from the WhatsApp group. We take the safety and security of our members very seriously and ask that you do the same.
By participating in/remaining in any Rahma Center activities or WhatsApp community, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
