We are committed to making counseling accessible to our community. Sessions are offered at affordable rates, with sliding-scale options available for those in need.
Getting Started with Counseling
- Complete an Application Form – submit online or at the Rahma Center office.
- Intake call – talk with a counselor to share your concerns and background.
- Assessment & Approach – together, we determine the best balance of spiritual and psychological support (sometimes both).
- Counselor Match – you are connected with the counselor whose expertise best fits your needs.
- Begin Counseling – start your sessions and receive ongoing, personalized care.
Session Fee
“Our goal is to make therapy accessible and affordable for all members of the community. While our licensed and qualified therapists bring the same professional training and expertise as any other provider, our session fees are intentionally set lower than those typically charged by non-Muslim therapists. This allows us to remove financial barriers and ensure that every individual and family in our community can benefit from quality care, without compromising the value or professionalism of the services they receive.”
PLEASE NOTE: THERAPISTS ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE CRISIS SERVICES. PLEASE CALL 911 OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE FEELING UNSAFE OR REQUIRE IMMEDIATE MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC ASSISTANCE.
